LAZY PANCAKES

Every Bachelor’s dream is to wake up to easy to make breakfast. Well, lazy pancakes are my favourite because; I’ll be done in about 30. Is it just me or pancakes taste better in the evening with tea. You can make enough for breakfast and snacking later on.

INGREDIENTS

Wheat Flour (Multi purpose/ Self Raising)

Salt

Sugar

Cinnamon (optional)

Milk

Eggs

Cooking Oil

PREPARATION

Put 3 scoops of wheat flour in a mixing bowl. Add half a tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of salt and/ or cinnamon and mix well.

Add milk as you mix until it forms very thick paste. Now add a whisked egg and continue to mix until you have a fluffy mixture.

Now add a tablespoon of oil and mix. Add milk again as you mix until you achieve medium thick paste. This is usually a preference. Some prefer a light mixture, some thick.

Place your pan on medium heat and grease it with enough oil. Now pour in your mixture a scoop at a time.

Once it forms, turn to cook the other side. A brownish feel is the ultimate look.

Serve with tea or a glass of fresh juice.
